Complementary Therapies wuth Christine

My journey started after receiving a much needed Reiki treatment, I was hooked, and wanted to learn more. I had for sometime  an interest in complementary therapies, and not really enjoying my administrative work at the time, I put my plan in place and enrolled to study Anathomy & Physiology and the rest, so to speak, is history.  The doors to In Essence opened in 2004 to offer, initially, Indian Head Massage & Reflexology.  My thirst for learning complementary therapies did not stop there, as you will see as you browse through the treatment menu. And still today I regularly book onto various workshops and seminars to keep abreast of the industry. 
 
My Ethos
I work with my passion and so I like to ensure that each client feels welcome to my treatment room, based in Clifton, Beds, and feel that they are able to relax in a safe space held for them.  Each client is unique and it is essential that time is taken to listen, and understand, how to assist the client with their "unique" need at that time.  It maybe that I add an aromatherapy blend or use crystals to empower the treatment being given.  At all times having the clients best interest at heart. 
 
As an Usui Reiki Master I also offer Usui Reiki Attunements. I also run various Workshops which are fun and interactive, Meditation Groups, both mindful and spiritual, details are listed further down on the website page.  Spiritual Guidance Readings also avaialble.
